The visit includes:
– viewing of the Cheese Making Process (Milk is turned into cheese every second day tuesday-thursday and saturday, the other days the activity varies depending on the need and include draining the curd, rolling the buches, Moulding the cheeses, wrapping the cheeses)
– viewing of the maturation room where the cheese is matured for periods of time ranging from a few days to several weeks.
– tasting the cheeses and opportunity to buy cheeses and other cheese related products such as Boards and knives, Preserves and Goat’s milk Soaps (C Card facility)
The Visit & Tasting can be done for 1 to 12 persons at a time.
The Fromagerie Chez Pepe is open from 8h00 until 17h00 everyday except mondays
