The Chevre Frais is our mildest cheese, it’s curd, fresh off the cheese cloth it’s creamy and tanguy, if you are not sure if you like goat’s cheese you will

like than one. It’s a good base for many dishes and creations and can be used plain or seasonned with salt and pepper but also chives, thyme, honey or grinded

nuts (dukkha) it can also  melt like butter on baked potatoes, pasta or rice. if you are going to eat it in the next few days we’ll fill a 280mil Tub for you and

you can just scoop it out with a teaspoon but if you want to keep it for longer we then vaccum pack it in bags of 150 to 250gr.

 

For the whole month of April the Chevre Frais is on Special at the Fromagerie Chez Pépé for R170/kg instead of R200
