Warm Goat Cheese Salad


Prepare a green salad (Lettuce or butter lettuce) with a nice mustard dressing made with red wine vinegar and dijon mustard, Reserve the salad
in the oven preheated at 230 deg celsius on Grill place a slice of baguette with a slice of buche drizzled with olive oil, add mixed herbs before grilling or fresh thyme after grilling
grill for about 2 min, watch the cheese as it wont melt but only softened and might burn if you don’t watch it. when starting to brown, take out of the oven and place on the salad
Deguster the warm cheese and bread with the cold and fresh salad
